Preventative Maintenance

Don’t wait until your equipment goes down! Regular preventative maintenance saves you time and money in lost revenue and costly repairs. We recommend preventative maintenance for grinders, brewers, and espresso machines every 6 months, and before purchasing a used machine.

A preventative maintenance visit for an espresso machine includes checks for leaks, pressure, and temperatures, as well as installation of new group-head screens and gaskets. Leaky gaskets and inconsistent pressure can make your espresso suffer, and make milk steaming a chore.

For a grinder, this visit includes a deep cleaning, mechanical check, and replacement burrs. Worn burrs can cause your shots to be inconsistent, and slow down service time.

Water Testing

Why get your water tested?

Inadequate water filtration is one of the most common causes of espresso machine problems. You need to know what’s in your water to keep your machine running and avoid unnecessary downtime or catastrophic failures.

We test your water for TDS, hardness, PH, iron, and other parameters that can affect the taste of your coffee and the lifespan of your equipment, and recommend filtration to meet your individual needs.

Installation of new equipment isn’t always as easy as plugging it in.
